Posizionato sul mare, spiaggia tenuta molto bene con ottimi servizi. Piscine molto belle, grandi e pulitissime. Colazione con una offerta grande di prodotti, magari poco in linea con i gusti continentali.

Le camere sono molto vissute, anche se ben pulite. La struttura chiamata The Glass, ristorante con piscina a sfiorò moderno e curato. La sera garantisce dei tramonti stupendi. Il menù anche in questo caso strizza l occhio ai gusti asiatici..... Comunque le 6 cene sono state gradevoli. Ottimi i cocktails. Unica critica durante il giorno per accedere alla piscina a sfiorò, seppure ospiti della struttura dovevamo pagare un ingresso.

Nice beach and facilities. Comfortable room.

Check in starts at 3pm, and yet they gave me my room at 4.30pm because it was “not ready” !! Found it really annoying and inconvenient as I booked my trip to arrive there at 3pm. A bit far away from the center, but you can easily take a grab.

Decent rooms, good range in breakfast, location.

Probably it's not the hotel itself, but the entire Malay culture of being rude towards Indians. Yeah, I know few uncultured illiterate Indians have done their part to set a stereotype, but that's just 2-3% of crowd. All in all, the racism and disrespect was all over the island, including this hotel. I have another non refundable ticket to Langkawi after 3 months, but I'd rather take my loss and cancel them and go to better places, like Thailand or Vietnam.
