I spent two nights here and I must say that the hotel guest service was amazing, friendly staff and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient. For room, even though being outdated but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, many choices of food. I want to specifically thank Danial who is manager came to check on me and made sure my staying was good. He noticed that I had my grandson with me in the dining room. He surprised my grandson with a nice color book, made him so happy. I absolute will come back.

Dear management of the hotel . I would like to comment on one of your your exceptional staff Mr Rojanasak for assisting me in many ways and have solve a big issue for me when I check out the hotel . As I have some items unable to collect and he had volunteered to assist even after office hrs for me . I will also feedback to the Singapore organising committee on the the event organised that this hotel indeed have provided extremely good service to our people in this event especially Mr Rojanasak who is extremely outstanding in customer service above Michelin class . Thank you very much . Will give an exceptional good feedback to people of Singapore who come to stay in hatyai.Best regards Ng Kim Tian
