"Highly recommended!"

The location is excellent, located along Gurney Drive, I get to wake up to sea view as I booked a sea view room. The room, toilet, common area and facilities are well kept and clean. Even though the property is an old building itself, the upkeep and cleanliness exceeds my expectation. As I am a light sleeper, I managed to sleep through the nights without any noise during my stay. The staff were polite and friendly. Highly recommended for stay with high value of money!

The only improvement I see would be more seating in the lobby area. As the main person doing the check in, the other companions have no seats while waiting.

Hotel best sangat cuma tandas tak user friendly takde bidet! ๐Ÿคฃ Other than that semu best and the breakfasr was so perfect!!! Loveee Thank you to Gurney Bay Hotel for the complimentary cake and deco during our honeymoon! Enjoy staying here with the tiptop facilites!

It very good location close to the Plazza and street foods in a walking distance . Our room got seaview and spaces. And the park is right across the road ideal for morning excercise. But the interior is a bit out dated. Would stay here again if coming to Penang.

The rooms are nice and big, facilities around the pool are elegant and well kept. The breakfast was excellent with an abundance of choices of Western, Chinese, Indian, Malay food.

The rooms need some updates.
