"Will return for future stays in Penang."

All staff were smily faced and specifically appreciate the services of ADELINE for managing my 5 night stay, BADOL for his attentiveness, AMMAR for directing the queue for convenient breakfast, YUSOF for his support and ZUDRICH for his hard work in making up the room. The variety for breakfast was acceptable, travelling was ease due to the centralised location and the room was conveniently spaced.

The number of staff at entrance could have been better and seat could have be provided at smoking area and for the security staff.

"Annual Trip to St Anne Bukit Mertajam and Penang 2026"

Check in a little slow but smooth during peak period but check out fast. We are very pleased they upgraded us to a sea view room which is superb, they provided us 4 bottles of mineral water daily which is a bonus for us, we noticed about cigarettes smoke at our non smoking floor in the evening, they immediately taken action to placed an air ventilation unit along the corridor which is super help! In a very busy and crowded breakfast time, The Cafe Staff works very aggressive as a Team to solve problems and the breakfast variety were different for our 2 nights stay, we enjoyed it very much and the food was delicious! Free parking was another extra bonus for us, thanks!

The room carpet need to refurbish! The television can’t access into the internet and the colour turn to black and white most of the time!
