Chesterfield Hotel & Suites

The location was very good and central

1. Bed were not comfortable 2. The hotel needs renovated 3. No place to sit in room or patio. 4. You can smoke their hookah on the patio but not a cigar but its posted no smoking at all including hookah (see pictute) 5. Bathroom seemed like an after thought, extremely small. Not what you would expect for $600 a night hotel.

地點很優，附近很多餐廳，走路可以到很多地方，LOBBY有免費的水可以去倒，早上有咖啡，櫃台服務人員也很客氣

房間很潮濕也不是很乾淨，有時候也沒主動打掃請他們拿毛巾給我叫了很多次都沒有拿最後櫃台拿要去海灘的毛巾給我用，床也不是很乾淨一定沒甚麼再換床單，地板也很髒一定要穿鞋

We loved how it had the outdoor seating next to the rooms. Could sit and have drinks at night with a nice breeze!

Struttura poco pulita, camere non perfettamente accoglienti. La trasformazione del piano terra in location adibita a fumo e alcool richiamava prototipi di individui non sempre ben visti, tanto da essere presente , in una serata domenicale, la guardia armata all interno vicino la reception. L intera struttura è rivestita di moquette mal odorante, non pulita né trattata igienicamente, visibili vistose macchie, sporcizia, strappo vari. Le porte delle camere non sembrano adibite alla chiusura delle camere non dandone l impr ssione di sicurezza. L interno della camera è basilare, mobili con segni di usura evidenti, poca pulizia generale (sotto il letto vi era l inferno di Dante). Odore non gradevole proveniente dal bagno che presenta un aspiratore. Impossibilità di aprire finestre, solo accedere ad aria condizionata all interno. Assenza di cassaforte interna alle camera, di idonee prese distribuite all interno della camera. Segni di sporcizia sulle vernici dei muri perimetrali all interno della camera (scarpe). Il rivestimento è in laminato, in parte gonfio e con segni di forte usura. I tendaggi che chiudono l apertura luce all intento della camera da letto mal odorante. Rapporto qualità prezzo non onesto, lontanissimo dagli standard europei ed Italiani di decoro, pulizia, atmosfera. Struttura che a volte dava un senso di poca sicurezza nel totale. Infine qualche personale all interno utilizzato nella reception poco professionale e superficiale, forse per la tenera età dell individuo o semplicemente per attitudini sicuramente non professionali per un albergo che si trova a Miami beach. Non consiglio la struttura a famiglie, assolutamente

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly. Even got to meet the property manager, who was very pleasant. My room was clean and very nice. The location was perfect, I actually booked an additional night.

My 2nd day, no Hot water! The room was freezing & the heat could NOT be turned on. The air could not be adjusted due to the unit needed new batteries. Thankfully, I was able to cut it off completely. I called the front desk, was advised that they cut off access to heat for all the rooms. Also to not worry about the the batteries on the ac unit. Lastly that maintenance was on site fixing water heater. no sense of urgency. I called again the morning before I checked out, was told they were sending someone to my room, 2 hrs later no response. I took a cold shower, checked out early to catch my flight, told the rep about my concerns, he didn’t offer an apology, any concern, any discount, just advised I’m checked out. I will never stay at this hotel again. I understand things happen unexpectedly but that’s where customer service comes in. There was no empathy, no concern after I spent over $500 for 2 nights. I frequently travel to Miami for work & leisure and love this area but there are better Hotel options in the area & will make sure my company and my peers know TO NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
