Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksangebot vielfältig. Der Saft hätte besser sein können. Das Kopfkissen gefiel mir gar nicht. Schade, dass es kein zweites zur Auswahl gab.

Nähe zum Burgpark mit den Wasserspielen, ansprechender Wellnessbereich mit Innenpool und tollem Badeteich im Außengelände. Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Sehr langer Weg zum SPA über mehrere Treppen. Nicht barrierefrei. Frischer O-Saft zum Frühstück nur gegen Extrazahlung.

"Not possible to book spa "

We arrived before 10 but the staff told us the kitchen and room-service was closed, even though the website says it doesn’t close until 10. It was not possible to book almost anything at the spa since staff told us there was no availability, even though we barely saw any other guest in the spa area. The hotel is nice, but a bit overpriced.
