Mediterranean Palace Hotel

all good except sometimes the internet was down in my room and I had to go and work in the lobby. otherwise excellent. A great location!

The aircon seems like wasn't working at all. It's so warm in then room in the summer. Also, as silver plus member in Expedia, I received an email that hotel will offer a bottle of wine but I gave 2 reminders yet no one bother about it. First time, the reception said will deliver to me. After whole morning no one came. When I checking out I recheck, another lady then said system shown delivered. I said no, and she said OK I will feedback and gave me a blank look. Hotel also facing 2 pubs blast music real loud till mid night at least 3am. While we checked in at 1.30am, the music still too loud over the lousy sound prrof room.

Location and staff were friendly, helpful,and service superb. Breakfast staff terrific, definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the excellent breakfast, and the central location has you near most attractions.

The staff is more than friendly and helpful. They have an eye on the details and are putting efforts to make the guest`s stay as comfortable as possible.

I had a file stolen in the lobby of the hotel at check-in, and from that moment I felt insecure about the hotel. The hotel's answer was illogical and they were not willing to open the cameras in the lobby to help me. Too bad, because in the end the hotel stay was good.

We had been staying up in Zagori for a few days and our flight did not leave till Friday morning - so decided to have an overnight stay in Thessaloniki - I choose The Mediterranean palace because of location and a sea view room was available at a reasonable price . The Hotel was as I expected with the service of a 5 star hotel. The room was smaller than expected- and only had a shower - when I would have preferred a bath - but was OK for an overnight stay - we could of had a bath - but would have sacrificed the view - which in the end did not matter - as it was raining !! Decent breakfast and was included in the cost - so was very reasonable for what I had paid so thought it was value for money to stay in a 5 star hotel

Nice location. Friendly staff. Rooms big enough and clean. Spa needs an upgrade.

Older hotel, nicely updated and just one block off the waterfront. The only downside was that it was pretty noisy at night. The hotel is at the intersection of busy and loud and on a Friday or Saturday night the sound of the street comes in even with the windows closed. On the plus side, you're right at the edge of the Ladika district and walking distance to Tower and the Archaeology Museum.
