Convenient location close to Mendocino, in hillside overlooking Hwy 1. Our room was very clean, looked recently renovated and had beautiful ocean view. All staff was friendly throughout our stay. Continental breakfast was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. Hosts were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was relatively close to Mendocino which was great.

TV was way too small. The costs for this room on the weekend were way too high ($400+ per night) for the basic amenities provided. Some soaps needed to be filled. Door didn’t always lock when closed. Refrigerator made noise. Speed hump was too high. I scraped my car on it. Shower took 3 minutes to get hot. Would be nice if they had a hot tub.

It was just ok. Walls seemed thin, so you could hear neighbors more than I would like. A unit next to me had its heating and cooling unit go on and off, every 2min, at 1am, very noisy, no idea what would make the unit do that but it disrupted a nights sleep.
