Rien , je n’étais pas remboursé il m’ont fait reprendre une chambre payé en plus n’ont remboursé j’attends toujours une réponse de leurs parts ils ne sont pas correct et ne savent pas si prendrez correctement

Location was perfect. Svetlana went above an beyond to make our stay perfect, and leidene was very helpful and very hospitable and whilst waiting for our taxi to arrive she couldnt do enough to accommodate us. These 2 ladies are a credit to the hotel.
