Good Location

Terrible condition of the property. Water lick in all three rooms we booked. I hate to tell but this hotel cannot be exist.… it’s total disaster. People at the front desk are super nice girls! But the hotel itself - not even one star!!! In this case I would love to have refund for this experience when you waking up in the middle of the night to mop the floor in your room because it’s all covered with water….

A genuine excellent customer service from all levels I’m well satisfied and I’m sure others have the same great experience.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todos los sitios de interés del centro. El personal es muy atento.

El hotel es muy bonito, pocas habitaciones, muy independientes. La habitación es de muy buen tamaño, la cama estaba muy cómoda y la vista es bonita, es exactamente como la que aparece en la foto del sitio. En el centro de San Miguel, a unos pasos de la catedral pero en una calle donde se puede llegar en auto. El servicio de valet parking es muy bueno pero hay que avisar unos 30 minutos antes de llegar para que el valet esté ahí y no estorbar en la circulación de la calle. Me indicaron que podría no haber espacio en el estacionamiento y que en ese caso, no podría dejar mi auto ahí. Para sacar el coche hay que pedirlo unos 20 o 30 minutos antes ya que el lote está a unas 7 calles del hotel. Hay un par de bares enfrente y la música se llega a escuchar en la habitación, no me molestó para dormir pero habrá a quienes les impida hacerlo. Mi única queja es que en toda la estancia no pude obtener ni gota de agua caliente, ni del lavabo ni de la regadera, por más que dejaba correr el agua, nunca pasó. Lo reportaron a mantenimiento pero ya no supe si se arregló.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Great, central location places it a 2-15 minute walk from everything! Room was throughly cleaned everyday and the housekeeping service would go beyond normal duties to provide additional items or service even when we didn’t ask for it.

Maria Bonita was a phenomenal stay! Kind staff, clean rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, and free valet parking - which is difficult to find in San Miguel de Allende. Will stay here when I return!

Our stay has been very accommodating and comfortable, Alondra is an exceptional receptionist and the valet attendant very nice too; this hotel is well located, the rooms are basic but very well appointed and aesthetically very pleasant our only complaint is that there was no hot water in the upstairs room for our nightly shower. Stayed one night but would definitely choose Maria Bonita again!
