everything is good. wi-fi, drinking water, coffee and tea, it is possible to rent a bike here

staff didn’t provide me with the information about diving that it is advertised here and because of it I was near to miss the diving day. it was a bit nervous for me because I had to find another diving centre instead and it was late enough for diving. thanks god, I managed to find it

Nice common area. Kitchen was small but well equipped. Bar area was a nice touch ( although it meant no outside alcohol was allowed ). Staff were nice.

I had to walk through the garden, the bar and the common area from my dorm to reach the communal bathrooms and showers. It felt as if the garden dorm had been built after the main hostel. There was no glass in the windows, only a mosquito net, so it was noisy at night and exterior lights were left on so quite bright too.

Spacious, comfortable hostel with nice staff.

There was no space to dry wet things under the roof. I was a bit cold at night, the blanket was thin.

cleanliness: a bit dirty and dated beds in female dorm: next to their onsite bar which can be noisy at night. not the most comfortable mattresses.

The location was easy enough to get to the ferry terminal and the main strip in cozumel. About 500m from the terminal.

The room was not clean and had a lot of moisture. We moved to another place on cozumel that did not have this problem so it was not a weather issue. The pool looked dirty, the WiFi was on and off. The diving advertised was more expensive than other vendors on the island even with the supposed discount so we didn't end up diving with them.

wifi kinda sucked and the toilets/showers were not too great

The staff is great, really helpful and attentive. The hostel is really clean and perfect for divers. I liked the big amount of showers and toilets, also the new rooms where I stayed.

Maybe the only bad point is that the rental bikes were really old. They were very cheap to rent though in comparison with other options.
