Cill Aodain Court Hotel

The location is perfect as it is in the centre of the town where our family lives, so easy access to everything.

As soon as we booked in on 17th October my partner and I noticed there was only a very little amount of loo paper in our room so I went to reception and told a lady we needed more, she said she would personally bring some up in the next few minutes. 2 hours later, when we were going out I saw the same lady who said she will bring it to our room whilst we were out, so we carried on out. On return to our room that evening there was no staff on reception and once again there was no loo paper left in our room. We rang reception reception, there was no answer. This meant an extremely uncomfortable night, especially for my partner who suffers with IBS. So I'm sure you can understand why we are very unhappy with our stay this time. Danny Corry.

Room servicing. Toilet paper and dirty cups not replaced. Bins not emptied and milk not replenished

Breakfast was excellent and served until 1130 daily!!!!!

The room was lovely and certainly comfortable, but as it was on the front, it could get a little noisy.

Could do with n Mate in shower also holder for soap also bar to hold when getting out shower

The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The check in was easy and the room was perfect. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great! Parking is easy on the street. A gem!
