Subject: Urgent Complaint – Hotel Refused My Booking Dear Booking.com Support, I recently booked a hotel through Booking.com, but upon arrival, the hotel refused to honor my reservation. When I provided my booking ID, the hotel staff claimed they had no record of my booking. However, they later admitted that the online rate was lower than their offline rate and refused to accommodate me for this reason. This is highly unprofessional and inconvenient, as I had a confirmed booking. I request immediate action on this matter and a resolution, either by ensuring the hotel honors my booking or arranging an alternative accommodation at the same price.
