"Good Breakfast, Disappointing Hospitality"

Breakfast - The breakfast selection was quite varied and overall acceptable. The view - The view from our room was quite nice and helped bring back some positive feelings to stay.

Staff - Some staff members were fine and friendly, but our check-in experience was disappointing. The female staff member who handled our check-in seemed tired and unwelcoming. She also forgot to give us the breakfast coupons included in our plan. - When we asked about the price for one washing and drying cycle at the coin laundry, her response was simply, “I don’t know,” which felt quite unprofessional for a hotel front desk. Coin Laundry - The coin laundry facilities were very poor, especially the dryers. We tried drying 4 pairs of jeans and spent coins for almost 2 hours, but they were still not dry. - The machines also did not feel very clean. Parking - There are limitations for larger vehicles. We drove a wagon-type car (Toyota Noah) and were told to park at another parking lot about a 5-minute walk from the hotel because the hotel parking only accommodates smaller cars. - This limitation should be communicated more clearly in advance.

"Decent price and close to station"

The bed is large, there is a smart tv to watch shows, and the table is big enough to put things. The lobby has comfortable sofa, and staffs are attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is very near to the station, 5 minutes to walk to the station.
