Very nice hotel right on the beach. The hotel offers a delicious complimentary breakfast and complimentary shuttle to old Mykonos town. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Every aspect of this hotel is incredible. From the person who picked us up from the airport to the front desk staff and beyond were amazing. We were given an amazing room with spectacular views over the bay. All the staff are so attentive to the needs of the clients. Having direct access to the beach was a great bonus as well. The food is delicious as well.

"Outdated rooms and bathrooms (even renovated ones)"

We paid extra for an ocean facing room, and when we checked in we were taken to an un-renovated room at the back of the property, next to the street. It looked like a 2 star room at best. They ended up switching us to a less expensive category that had been renovated, but we didn't get the difference back since we booked on hotels.com. The beach area is nice and the shuttle to Mykonos town was really convenient, but this hotel is outrageously overpriced. You are paying for the beach access because most of the rooms are terrible. Even our renovated room was dated. We overheard other guests complaining about their rooms as well, especially the bathrooms. I wouldn't stay here again and it was definitely the lowest part of our trip.

Of all the countries we visited during this Europe trip, Greece hands down provided the most welcoming and hospitable experience. Mykonos Blu carried that mantra throughout our stay and we were stunned by the excellent service.
