Nice location and nice apartment. I see you need to check in late and check out earlier then another places , also we need deep clean inside , that’s odd ( you coming on holiday and relax , pay and go)

A bit dark inside

The host was lovely and welcoming, she was very helpful with any questions we had about the area. The apartment was amazing, so clean, great facilities and so much space. Will definitely be staying again.

Excellent location, fabulously presented, and with all the fittings/furnishings to make our stay easy and accommodating. Brilliant communication before, during and after our stay. Top notch. Restaurants with takeaway options located within easy walking distance. Ferry to Plymouth right next door (Easter to 3rd Nov).

Not a dislike, but worth highlighting to others... This apartment's second bedroom is on the mezzanine level and open to the ground: whilst you can't see, there is no separation for sound. Also no curtains/blinds on windows so very light. Both not a problem for us and the children, but may be a consideration to others. Follow the parking instructions, including drop off and pick-up, as you will get a ticket if you don't.

Furnishings needed TLC, a few things needed fixing. Allow £12 per night for parking.

The bed in the mezzanine level although large was extremely hard and uncomfortable The duvet wasn't large enough for the bed Apartment is starting to look tired in some places. Couple of broken features, kettle on/off switch was broken off Not all lights were working Attachment for the bath/shower was faulty Broken tiles behind hand basin

Apartment and location were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Some fixtures and fittings needed repair/upgrade (lights not working, shower hoses twisted, downstairs window opening handle broken, for example ). It didn't ruin our stay in any way as these are little wear and tear items - this is just general feedback. We will definitely be looking to stay again.
