Derwent Manor Boutique Hotel

Room was spacious and cleaned it was just ok for a night.

Bottled water provided was opened and Coffee maker didnt work on arrival, it was fixed later but should have been checked by housekeeping prior. Pool wasn't open and didn't state that anywhere it needs to be clear as ratings are also based on facilities, and why we chose this place. The heat in the room didnt seem to adjust anywhere and windows didnt open past a crack it was hot !!

The property was very clean looked lovely and the beds were very comfortable.

There wasn’t much to do on site as it states on booking.com facilities would be open however they wasn’t and i wouldn’t have booked if i knew they wasn’t

staff were lovely! Dinner was exceelent - we ate in the bar (linguini and ravioli - excellent)

coffee machine in the room didn't work

Delightful field stone buildings in a lovely setting. Impressive lobby. Generous room, very silver/black with a touch of tortoiseshell, overlooking country side. Excellent bed and pillows. Food - good. and both dinner and breakfast service was efficient.

It was a cozy room too hot for my liking

The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the basin in the bathrooom the tap was so big it was a bit difficult to brush your teeth the tap is far too big

Beautiful location, spacious room, friendly staff throughout the hotel.

Would have liked some leisure facilities to be open.
