Reynolds House inn

It is a small house turned to an "Inn". I really liked the spirit of the house. The front door is on the main street of Roscoe. There was no staff members when I arrived, but an envelop was waiting for me with the key :-). The room was on the street front, I am a noise freak, but it was sooo quiet, I slept like a bear. There is no fridge, micro, in the room, but downstairs there is a nice kitchen with two fridges with plenty of room in them, micro, whatever you need. So I did enjoy my stay there, I'd go back!

It was fine. The sheets and towels were clean, as was the bathroom. Heat-wise, though… I like a cold room. But others might not have!

The greeting, comfort, and entire atmospheric place. Wonderful We were very happy to stay here. Very satisfactory. The courtesy was pleasant and excellent staff. Thank you Thank you very much. Next season we will see you again.

Great stay as usual! Nice place to stop motorcycle trips exploring the fun roads and scenery nearby. Rooms are always clean and comfortable

We did not eat breakfast there. What was offered was minimal. The person at the front desk was very accommodating and responsive to our requests, on site and over the phone. The room was small, but pleasant in its diminutive way.

Your entry porch is in poor condition especially at the steps and should be repaired. The plywood overlay over the existing old wood porch flooring will only rot out the porch faster. There appeared to be no designated barrier free auto parking space. The TV screen had only a 17 inch screen. Locating our room right on the least desirable noisy street side facing Old 17 and over the first floor common area was disappointing, when we noticed when we arrived there were so many other vacant rooms more protected from the street noise not occupied.

I tried to contact the facility ahead of time. Was told I would receive a call back. Never did. Arrived at property. No one was around. Key left in mailbox outside. Property was in disrepair. Room reeked of mold. Mattress was dirty. No mattress cover. No toilet paper. Called again. Over 20 minutes for someone to arrive. Was told I’d receive refund. Never happened. I rarely leave bad reviews. Usually able to resolve issues. Not this time.

Very pleasant, nice location in Roscoe close to everything. Clean and neat. Easy unload for the motel section.
