At one point, the owner sent a message saying: “there are 3 Croatian girls in apartment 3 by you :)”. This message was apparently meant for the guests staying next to us, but he accidentally sent it to me instead. He deleted it immediately afterwards, but I had already seen it. We slept with chair on door. Because of all of this, our vacation was completely ruined. Revealing guests’ personal information is a serious violation of privacy and GDPR regulations. As a lawyer, I am seriously considering legal action against the owner, as well as against Booking.com for clearly failing to properly verify its hosts.

"Apartman sa dvije spavaće sobe"

Sve, Mauro je izvrstan domačin, uslužan, brzo odgovara na pitanja. Koristili smo garažno mjesto ispod apartmana te nam je poslao i video ulaska u garažu što je bilo od velike pomoći. Apartman je izvrsno opremljen, ima udobne krevete i lijep balkon. Sobe su tihe i mirne, a pješice možete brzo doći do bilo koje znamenitosti.

Uno de los mejores apartamentos donde nos hemos alojado. Muy limpio, todo lo necesario para estar a gusto, camas muy cómodas. Silencioso, a unos pasos de Porta Nova.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Palermo. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to the main attractions, yet peaceful enough to enjoy some quiet time. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. We would definitely stay here again!
