"We couldn’t stay but they locked us out"

We asked for a late check in and they approved it but when we got there, no one was at reception to let us in. We literally had asked for late check in and we cam before the time we had selected too yet they weren’t there. No one to let us in and i kept calling but they hung up on me twice then started ignoring my calls. Had to reach out to Booking.com so we can stay somewhere for the night or we would’ve ended up sleeping on the streets.

Barely any space for parking, terrible reception/customer service. Money hungry motel.

It was clean, warm, secure and everything worked. The lady who owns or manages it really cares about her job and seeing guests are attended too.

It was dated and could use a face lift. But was comfortable and would stay again.
