Finca Tre Hotel And Villas Resort

Okay so I’ll start with the positive. 1- staff was great . 2- breakfast included. 3- Quiet and relaxing. Now the negative. 1- rooms were not clean properly. Bedding had stains. 2- restaurant was closed so no dining options.

No hot water first night. Next day hot water a trickle. Requested second floor room, told all booked. Only one other room booked and they were on the first floor. Receptionist said all the people were on a tour. Second day she gave another couple a room on the second floor.

The customer service was great!

We were there from Monday through Wednesday. Very quiet, clean, and close to a lot of wineries and restaurants. Breakfast was included, nothing too fancy but convenient.

The staff was accommodating and very hopeful, when asking for recommendations. I couldn’t be more pleased with the hotel and how nice everyone was. Highly recommend.

Great property beautiful views

Everything was excellent the rooms super clean and comfortable. Excellent customer services but the only thing that we didn’t like are the roads to get to the hotel.

Lovely spot during Christmas. Staff great. Maybe add a microwave to reheat take outs to enjoy in room. With the lovely seating outside would have been great to see the stars at night but would need to shut off some bright lights outside. Have more down lighting.
