Hotel is excellent with a SUPER SERVICE ! Rooms are super clean with a 5 start amenities , beautiful views to the winery ! Restaurant food is very good and service by manager , waitress excellent I recommend this hotel as the best one in Valle de Guadalupe Their wines are very good ! Do not miss the testing and buy their wine to take home

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and modern. Beautiful views of the valley. What makes the stay special is the exceptional manager, Lupita. It is rare to encounter such a service in any hotel. She is constantly aware of your needs and ready to make your stay special. The restaurant is good for lunch. We had the tostada de atun and the shrimp tacos, on the terrace with beautiful views.

Will 100% stay here again! The entire staff was AMAZING! They allowed us to check in 3 hours early, and when we were having a hard time to find the address on our GPS, they sent us their location via Whatsapp which made it so easy to get to. So thank you so much to Magdalena! When we first drove up, we weren't too sure we made the right choice. Lobby was a tiny room and there was construction right next door. However, once we got to our room, we were so pleasantly surprised! Large ceilings, spacious bathroom with dual vanity, spotless shower, big room and the view! It was wonderful!!! Walked to the hotel which also had amazing drinks, service, and views. I'd love to come back during summer and lay out by the pool. Overall, you won't have any regrets if you stay here!

Beautiful hotel with amazing service. The restaurant isn’t open every day of the week, but it’s delicious when it is. Hotel itself is clean and quiet.

Everything was excellent!!!

It was very difficult to find the hotel due to poor signage, but the lady at the front desk stayed on the phone with us helping us with directions until we arrived at the hotel. Room was clean and staff was friendly, we felt safe.

This is the best property I have stayed in Valle De Guadalupe. Property is relatively new, room was clean and spacious. Staff was very attentive and reachable.
