The property is at a good location, not downtown Caorle, but for us as a family it was good that the place was not overcrowded. The pools being part of the facility is a great +, and gives you the alternative to the sea. Also the sea was in a close distance.

We found 2 major things to improve. 1) the quality of the apartments should be improved. The furniture, the kitcherware, beds are a bit outdated. Our biggest issue was that the way these apartment-condos are built, you could really hear all your neighbors moving chairs, closing door, even flushing the toaler. 2) The mobile reception was very poor, sometimes even no reception and except for the pool area there was no wifi provided. In 2023 I think it should be a minimum requirement to provide WIFI in a facility like this.

Terrible beds. Very noisy. This is the only negative thing. Otherwise perfect stay.

Very bad smell in the room. Spiders everywere. Not clean. Beds are not confortable.

Lack of equipment - nothing except from bed sheets, towels for fee (mentioned in description of accommodation), no soap, no kitchen cleaning needs etc No windows or doors nets again mosquitoes - you cannot ventilate, no handle on to terrace door from outside Smell of furniture and toilets (like not ventilated out of season (or ever))

Beds are really unconfortable, the working staff of the establishment is not polite.keys pick up is 1,5 km from the apartment . I was assigned a numbered car park but it was always occupied by anoyher car, unpleasant arguings and quarrels took place because of this with local staff and a private flat owner. In the end I had to park the car outside the resort!!

Internet service is not good at all
