The bathroom was lovely

It is beautiful and very natural

Because it's so embeded in nature there were some bugs inside. Not a lot but enough to create some uncomfortable situations. You could hear everything from the rooms next to ours.

Séjour exceptionnel ! Le personnel était incroyablement accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour nous aider avec le sourire. La propreté de l’hôtel était irréprochable, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans les espaces communs. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise et en confiance. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The property was nice small and cosy. We really loved th chill vibes

1. The communication with the team was difficult as we had to walk to the reception desk for any help as their is no phone in the rooms. Although it was just a 50m walk but I would have preferred a phone. 2. And the water heater was always broken. We had to go to the reception and highlight that it was not working. The team would then fix it which took maybe an hour or so and by next morning it was down again. this happened every time we needed a shower. I understand that Nusa penida can be hot but hot water bath is needed after a long day. 3. The water is very salty which we were not expecting. It could be for the entire island but I am not sure about it.
