Regenta Inn On The Ganges Rishikesh

Everything was so dirty and stinky and also bedsheets are like 50 years old and ripped! With this money we paid here we got much better hotel on other places in less money! I never prefer to anyone to stay here!

We were a group of 9 couples and 11 kids, have been to this property on 14th to 16 aug 2022. We have got rooms or different floors, all rooms are very much clean, spacious and with all amenities, food of hotel was very very good and staff have helped us very much to unload luggage from mini bus to rooms, all staff are very much humble. This property is on the road to Aloha property and near to neem beach. We have enjoyed a great vacation. The only cause I felt ws the road to property, goverment should do something. From main road it is 400 meter inside and single road, it was very much difficult for our mini bus to enter but hotel staff helped and also given their parking space to us. Tempo traveller or personal vehicles can reach till hotel easily. We have celebrated 75th independence day In hotel

Staff is too slow. You still have to request them the amenities that are included in the stay.

The hotel's four star rating on hotels.com is not warranted, in my view. The place is newish and in good condition but staff training is not quite what it should be. We had a series of misunderstandings and disappointments--including late breakfast and lack of hot water for a while--all of which were resolved within a half hour. Also, the hotel is pretty isolated and hard to find, although it's near Neem Beach, which is very pleasant place to spend a few hours. For someone who wants easy access to all that Rishikesh has to offer, this is an awkward place to stay.
