Oyado Konoha

温泉は流石草津温泉の湯で最高でした 食事のドリンクも今流行りのインクルーシブなのだけど生ビールはあまり冷えてなく美味しくないし日本酒も不味い。

Perfect. 3 outside private onsen, shuttle bus to karuizawa and city centre, yukata, the friendly staff and nice service... everthing was amazing. Have decent food as well, especially I liked the night ramen service.

Buffet was a bit disappointing, but main dishes were lovely, and all the alchole was infinitive free so i cant complain. :)

初めての草津旅行で木の葉さんに宿泊しました。スタッフの方も親切でとても良かったです！ご飯も美味しかったです！また宿泊したいと思います。

有接駁車接送往返輕井澤車站（須事先預約）與草津湯畑，很棒的服務。 泡湯後有冰棒、養樂多，晚上有免費提供拉麵，相當豐富。

泉質がよく、お風呂の種類も多くて、とても気に入りました。又行きたいと思いました。

The facility is very clean and modern, great onsen and that’s it

Staff were not friendly, and always unavailable. I rarely see anyone except in the dining room. The dinning room staff never picked up any finished dishes even they obviously saw us having hard time to put more dishes on our table. This is a semi buffet dinner so you would expect to add more dishes as we eat. Food is below average and totally not worth the price. I would suggest eating fancy kaiseki else where for this price and stay at this for room only. Again the food is the one we were most excited for but it’s very disappointing. They also ran out of yukata at 5PM. Private onsen lines up at 4PM and wait time was about 30-40 mins.

I like the hotel had 5 baths to use and 3 of which were outdoor in the open air. Overall clean, tidy and staff service very good.

The hotel was overall old - for example, table tops had cracks and paint falling off, sinks had terrible stains, everything was old. Supply of amenities was only toothbrush in the room. Only 1 bath towel supplied but no where to hang in the room to let dry so we had to use wet bath towels for our morning bath time. Food was terrible at the buffet - quality can be compared to a very basic cafeteria style ( dried out, tasteless).
