It was good secure and Quiet in the room. You don't hear others. Staff were really helpful and respectful

There were few old kitchen equipment which were old and cups wasn't clean. There were marks which doesn't go even if you wash them.

The building could be a 4 stars but the room not near to be 4 stars, unprofessional way to have and return the key. They asked a deposit when i arrived

The location being near PIK. There is a mini convenient mart on the ground floor.

The room was very small and smelly. I don't think it was good value for money.

many facilities that can we accommodate such as indoor and outdoor pools. Near to food area and easy to find the best location

I was disappointed for parking fee as not free and they didn’t coverage

the deposit! it was never returned to me! also due to a difficulty in understanding (certainly not on my part)

The studio itself was immaculate in presentation. The area is great and very close to a new shopping area and restaurants.

Upon closer inspection, long strands of hair was found on the floor and on my towel in the bathroom.

I liked the pool but I didn't get a chance to use it due to my transit times. The view from the balcony was lovely aswell. There is an indomaret on site if you need anything.

The check in/out process was not very good. The fact you have to contact the owner or other staff by message or phone is not great. Being a British traveller I didn't have access to text or calls unless I had WiFi which I didn't in the lobby. I had to connect to the receptionist hotspot. It does say when you book to contact them at least 6 hour prior to travel but still I think there should be a smoother way to check in and out.
