Room size was quite big.

The bed linen was dirty. Gave me a different room with better bed linen. The toilet was not clean and the water was leaking. Complimentary breakfast was not really good.

Nothing

It's a business trip. Made advance booking. Planned everything. They tied a very big dog at lift. I can't even use stairs. It's soo agressive and not allowing to go. I called them thrice, waited for 15 minutes, no one responded the calls. Not even a security available. It made me to cancel the booking and book another hotel. I was late to my conference by 1 hour. Worst experience.
