The Jasper hotel is very decent and certainly in the context of hotels in Ban Phai, which has limited choice of quality. The rooms were clean and sizable, plenty of parking and a pool.

For the area and Thai standards, it's a little over-priced. The breakfast room is very stylish, the food options themselves are more limited - style over substance?

Nice location, quiet but very close to town centre. Staff were excellent and the property was immaculately clean. Secure access, checking in/out was hassle free!

Very nice hotel for a smaller up country city. I only stayed one night as I had to cancel the other days due to a change of plans. This hotel has the best staff and management I’ve experienced in Isaan. Such accommodating and warm people I was so impressed. They ensured you felt welcome and even though I had to cancel they waived my cancellation fee. Totally professional and ensured you and the best experience. Even the cafe’ next door had wonderful staff that went over and above. This is the place to stay in Ban phai hands down. Beautiful rooms too.

"Wonderful facility but far from the town."

The hotel staff and service was friendly and great. The breakfast was tasty though not so much main dishes to get full energy to start the day. The Cafe shop in the hotel compound was relaxing and superb with beautiful view surrounding to enjoy. I strongly recommend this place to those who loves quiet and relaxing holiday with beautiful nature yet modern design.

However, the hotel is located quite far from the Khorn Kaen city which took us more than half an hour to reach. This made us difficult to enjoy the city tour during night time.
