Borderline. Nothing to be surprise in La Morra.

Great room but no facilities enough. heater didn't work during Novemeber when climate was too cold. Definitely no for me to come back .

The space was nice and made it easy to entertain our friends that were staying in the other apartment on our floor. Great location with the grocery store two doors down.

The unit needs some repairs (curtain cords were broken on most doors/windows so couldn’t open, half the lights in the kitchen and bath areas were out, dishwasher leaks). The shower had to be repaired and interrupted the first few days of our stay. The pigeons cooing on the roof was constant and annoying requiring earplugs at night.

The location was wonderful, just a short walk into the heart of town. the views from the balcony were great, even though we were there during a rainy spell. the apartment was well-equipped, I could have stayed for a week.

It would be nice if the coffee maker was in the apartment rather than downstairs in the common area. A supply of milk or cream would be nice as well.

No lift access to our room so offered a challenge with international sized luggage

Location was excellent!

Our apartment was dirty - I had to wash off kitchenette and bathroom. Ugh! Nothing was clean. It could have been wonderful - as everything was state of the art. The fancy rainfall shower was broken, the jacuzzi was broken, there were spiral stairs up to our apartment that were difficult to use as the railing was wobbly. Stairs, stairs! Ugh! There was an elevator for only 1 floor. You had to go down the spiral stairs to get to the coffee machine - which was empty of water and full of used pods. Ugh! Manager/assistants were nowhere in sight and did not speak English - only Russian - so issues were difficult to communicate. We left before our departure date. Told them when we would be leaving, but, nobody there to check us out and pay. Too bad because LaMorra was beautiful, apartment could have been beautiful, too.

The location is great. In the heart of La Morra, with an amazing restaurant across the street.

The stairs up to the room are not the most inviting. I was skeptical. Once in the room, everything is exceptionally clean and well equipped. Great value, in the heart of the darling town. With free parking which is much needed.

Wonderful view will lots of space and lovely balconies.
