Good and prompt communication when I could not check into my room because I entered into the wrong building.

My Sonder stay was fantastic! The check-in was seamless, the space was spotlessly clean, stylish, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a super comfortable bed. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to restaurants and attractions. I loved the convenience of the digital check-in and responsive support via the app. Compared to hotels, it offered more space, privacy, and great value. I’ll definitely book with Sonder again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A perfect stay!

The hot water had a slight fishy odor. Additionally, the shower control needs to be repaired, as water was coming out of both the tap and the shower simultaneously. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was very well maintained. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Loved Sonder, stayed for two weeks while we visited family. Loved it, walking distance from everything so we got to do whatever easy. Avoid parking in the building and drive around the nearby neighbourhood for great parking. Highly recommend. Clean. Easy to be.

Location, cleanliness

We enjoyed our stay at Sonder, the room was nice, but the bathroom could have been a little more clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Austin!

The apartment was spacious, clean and fully outfitted. The location is perfect for long walks to the lake trail and the best coffee shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants in Austin. During the winter holidays the neighborhood is not so busy so noise levels are not a problem.

Parking. Had to pay 7$ for 10 minutes. Better options outside.

Awesome place.

Great neighborhood nice condo- clean and convenient. Pool and gym were nice! Would recommend without hesitation. Great value for the area- easy to walk into downtown and many bars and restaurants in walking distance. Definitely more space than a hotel room!
