Nice hotel near Dasaswamedh ghat. Staff of the hotel are polite and helpful..

Room cleanliness needs to improve further. Food quality also needs to improve. Soap and shampoo are not available in the washroom.

The behavior is all that matters and stays in the memory. The wowed away with that. Surely knows customer service and how to manage things addressing things timely. I had elderly with me and they took more care of the accessibility then me.

Even though that was not a major concern but yes the hotel room hot water supply was troubling us a bit but workable.

Mr Aancha and Rajat gave superb service

Location, no vehicle access from 500 meters or so. Some staff just don't understand customer needs. Our room was noisy - picked up all noise from kitchen.

Very helpful staff. They proactively reached out on day of arrival and escorted us from the point of cab drop. Very good location - right next to ghaat and mandir. One of the few hotels which have a lift. Would heartily recommend.

Food can be better.
