"It was a peaceful one night stay after a long trip. The staffs were courteous and helpful."

location is close to railway station. Restaurant was serving delicious food.

Cleanliness of washrooms can be improved (though its an old looking hotel).

The staff in the restaurant.

The staff at reception. They are terrible and being the 1st point of contact, it is a shock for the customer. They are poorly trained, cannot really communicate, cannot listen effectively and have minimal to no empathy for customer needs.

The staff of Room service and the Dawn restaurant were very helpful. The food was goiod.

The reception staff were rude abd lacked basic hospitality skills. Their communication ability was very poor and they had absoluteky no service mindset. The rooms were rundown and didn't look anything like the pictures put up on Booking.com.
