Allowed smoking in the room

The bathrooms are pathetic. Its damn old and looks ugly. Van’t believe it is a 4 star hotel. I think this was a 4 star hotel years back and haven’t done any maintenance.

I have been staying in this property since 2020. I got the same room this time and nothing has changed inside since then. Broken pipes... stained tiles... erroding doors and locks... i found it unpleasant this time. Their new wing was really good last time. Its high time to renovate this property.

"Good. But can be better."

10 minutes walk from the railway station. Room is spacious and the comfort level is quite good.

Not providing face towels was not acceptable. When asked at the reception, the answer was the blunt "we do not provide", as if I was asking for a favour! Then again, since the reservation was done through booking.com, I was asked to pay the rent for my complete stay upfront with no option for a refund, if I were to have the need to leave early.
