Opposite the train station, but very quiet. Room was very large for a pub hotel. Very comfortable kind size bed.

Told at the last minute that the bistro was closed due to renovations - should have been indicated on the bookiing.com add - as a solo woman traveller the on-site bistro was the main attraction. The whole room stunk of cigarettes, the balcony opened on the smoking area - YUCK.

Bed was comfortable and we got upgraded to a balcony view room which was lovely. Room was well furnished and clean. Bathroom was clean too. Great location and will stay here again.
