The spacious room, the facilities and the proximity to the railway station. The cleaners were also very friendly and helpful.

The woman who served us upon checking in was not very friendly.

I was refused a room at check in because the address i been staying at for 3 months was within wollongomg region at time of check in after i booked online and made to wait until 2 pm to be rudely pushed away and limited my options of booking another hotel that same day. Disgusted and appaulled. Wouldnt recommend. 👎
