"The worst hotel during our stay in Japan"

The best thing about this hotel is location, close to Kyoto station. You can reach many attractions on foot or by public transport.

This hotel is not about comfort at all. The room was too small for three of us. No space to open suitcase. Air conditioning was very bad. You cannot regulate temperature. No matter what temperature we chose It was cooling up to the maximum so we had to turn it off from time to time. As the result we were freezing or sweating. Breakfast had very limited options for European style. Not even decent coffee choices. There were just three washing machines in the laundry, so there was a line. Our clothes were removed from the washing machine five minutes after it finished. And we were unaware of it for two hours. They put notice on the machine but another guest put their clothes above the notice. Finally we came to the reception, and the floor in the reception area was wet and slippery after the rainy day. So I fell and hurt my knee pretty badly. They witnessed an accident and did nothing. Not an excuse or offering any help. I would never stay here again or recommend to anybody.
