Complicated! If in survival mode, there is no other hotel available in Lisbon, sure there is a bed and a shower here. It is not a hotel, not a bed & breakfast, it is something below it. Structure is bad. HOWEVER, these people were HONEST. By accident I left some valuables(very valuable) just on the bed, for 2 hours. When I came back, me bed was made, everything organized and my valuables well organized close to my pillow. I was happy. More than I can tell about a Mercury Hotel(Chile), in which even an Overcoat disappeared during a "room cleaning". So on maintenance and structure this hotel sucks big time, on the other hand they were honest. Sure there are wayyyyy better hotels, I would not book again, unless as last option. But they were honest!

Thank God it was just for one night ! It was extremely noisy we never slept ! This building is very old and needs a lot of work ! My God I wouldn’t have staid more than one night ! 57 euros for the night was too much for this !

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. But the place itself was NOT it. Our bedroom was super humid and not too clean. Sheets had stains. We had a room with a private bathroom... and the smell was HORRIBLE! It was so bad that I took my shower with my mask on. We were almost throwing up every time we had to use the toilet. And the smell was staying in the bedroom all day and night. The bathroom wasn't too clean either and the floor was leaning so we felt like our heads were down when lying down on the bed. Also, there's no elevator so be ready to take your luggage to the 3rd or 4rth floor. It was super cheap and close to the public transport, but we should've definitely paid an extra $ to stay in a nicer place.

Very friendly staff, good location. However windows are old so we could hear noise from outside. Walls are so thin, so it's impossible not to hear people from other rooms.

Proprietaria molto gentile e pulizia giornaliera buona. Posizione buona. Camera piccola, letto piccolo, pavimento pendente, gradino altissimo per entrare in bagno tanto da rendere pericoloso uscire dal bagno. Sinceramente ci aspettavamo una camera semplice si ma almeno un letto matrimoniale e nkn una piazza e mezza. La corrente in bagno non utilizzabile (ho preso la scossa) Più un’ostello con bagno in camera che un residence. Descrizione dell’alloggio differente da come si è presentato

VENTAJAS: ubicación : zona segura, cafeterías y restaurantes a menos de 50 pasos. Transporte: a 500 metros de Estación Saldaña, con fácil acceso a líneas de metro, y bus y conexiones al tren. Extremadamente limpio. Personal Muy amigable. Toallas y sábanas limpias y camas cómodas. Habitación silenciosa. Precio: muy bueno. Será difícil encontrá habitación con baño privado a éste precio PROBLEMAS: sin ascensor, ubicado en un 3° piso, escalera estrecha que hace difícil llegar si tiene maletas grandes. No apto si tienes problemas de movilidad. Sin desayuno ni minibar. Relación precio / beneficio : muy buena
