Great location, friendly staff but overall impression is very bad due to the treatment received by the owner

Rude owner. When reporting a problem with the shower, she was sending messages with exclamation point accusing us of throwing things into WC. It was probabely a language barrier, but anyhow you don't respond a guest in this manner. NEVER. If you don't understand a problem, you make somebody call/come to fix it, not disrespecting a guest. So the stay was rained.

"Adresse à retenir."

Chambre extrêmement bien située dans le centre ville . Elle est très belle et spacieuse ainsi qu’une très grande salle de bain moderne avec toutes les commodités Personnel accueillant et serviable . Bon petit déjeuner .

Les escaliers menant à la chambre : nombreux et surtout pente importante avec certains escaliers étroits surtout dans le tournant. Dangereux et difficile pour les personnes âgées ou ayant des problèmes de mobilité . Ce serait bien que ceci soit noté dans la description de la chambre.
