Canaves Ena - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

I had an incredible stay at this hotel - in fact, this is my first hotels.com review but I felt the need to comment! The staff is incredibly nice and professional and welcoming and the breakfast/meal views are literally incredible of the caldera and the ocean views. The pool is great (it would be great if the main pool was heated though, but the pool experience is still great) and the breakfast was amazing. The individual heated pools on the terraces of the rooms are great - they are heated so they are more like jacuzzis. I had an incredible massage and spa experience at the Canaves Oia Suites hotel next door, which is where they take place. Highly recommend this hotel!! So quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. It was perfect for a couples trip.

I am literally left speechless! It was heaven on earth. John whom was the manager was so helpful and welcoming. The property alone was gorgeous with the most amazing views. The food was top of the line most Delicious food I’ve had. The rooms were gorgeous and the staff were so welcoming and professional. I can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is immaculate along with their staff! They went above and beyond to make my honeymoon spectacular. Right in the heart of Oia there were plenty of restaurants and boutiques to visit … although it was hard to leave the pool and resort. Only negative was the beds were slightly hard and the drinks were pretty expensive ($20-30 per drink). The food was absolutely delish, and we would highly recommend!

Really beautiful place, we stayed in the grand suite as a family of 4 ( teenagers) and it was very spacious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast on our veranda with the most breath taking views. The hotel is in the perfect location. It is just on the edge of the pedestrian walk so not right in the heart of the restaurants and bars, so easy to get to everything but without the noise. I left my glasses out one day and the hotel left them on a cleaning cloth, such a lovely extra. Also left local treats daily. They really pay attention to detail.

This hotel is an experience. The staff are the nicest people on the planet and are very familiar with what guest are looking for in a stay.

I’ve stayed at plenty of 5 star resorts, this tops them all by a long shot. I would literally have paid double for this place. The staff was so friendly and incredibly helpful. John, the hotel manager, is an amazingly helpful person. Gave us his personal what’s app number and helped us procrastinators secure very desirable and hard to get reservations at ideal times. The views from this hotel are breathtaking. The breakfast, which is included, will ensure you’ll never want to leave. We stayed in the River suite which was so great to come back to after a long day of exploring and have our own decent sized private tub. I really can’t even say enough great things about this place. 5 stars isn’t enough. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Upon arrival we were treated like VIP. We had sangrias welcoming us and wine waiting for us in the room. John and his staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

We had an amazing stay at Canaves Boutique Hotel. The staff were brilliant, the views/location incredible, and the breakfast was excellent. There was a lack of wifi in our room (could only get it around the pool), but not a big issue when the hotel and location were so good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

What an amazing experience in the grand suite! The manager, John, and every single staff person we encountered during our stay went above and beyond to make our stay special. The views of the caldera from our private patio were stunning anytime of day. We especially enjoyed eating our breakfast overlooking the water - the coffee was excellent, as was the wide assortment of freshly baked breads and pastries. It was as easy to order food to our room as it was to dine in their casual but tastefully decorated restaurant. Canaves Oia Boutique Hotel exceeded our already high expectations on every level - the simple elegance of the room, the attention to detail (our phone cords were wrapped in Canaves branded velco each evening during turndown), and friendly and helpful staff eager to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities. We easily arranged transfer to and from the airport, spa appointments and even a car rental through the front desk. If you are looking for a truly beautiful hotel, with unbelievable views and excellent service, you would struggle to find a more perfect place to stay than Canaves Oia Boutique Hotel!
