Había aire acondicionado portatil en la 3 de las 4 habitaciones y hacía muchísimo ruido para dormir con el puesto, en la 4 habitaciones un ventilador y en el resto de la casa no había, muchísima calor en el salon. Y la puerta de la entrada no da buena imagen pero el apartamento calidad precio bien

It could be a little noisy with the window open but it is on a main road. The dining chairs could do with felt pads as the scrape noisily on the tiles but that was a minor irritation.

TWThe location is very good to the view points. And bus station is close to the apartment. Easy to get to the bus station. And take bus to the train station is easy.

GBThe apartment has a lovely big lounge area which was great for our group of friends. Kitchen was well equipped and we were grateful for the supplies left from previous guest eg. washing up liquid, sugar, some coffee. The location was excellent. The bedrooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable though the pillows weren't great. Both bathrooms were clean, but the toilet flush was faulty in one. Bedrooms would benefit from a mirror in each.
Several of the shutter blinds were broken - this was a problem in one of the bedrooms where there was only a light curtain so there was no way to keep the light out at all. The apartment building has very poor soundproofing. We were woken every morning at 7am by the people upstairs - their water heaters sound as though they are in the corridor of this apartment, and their footsteps and morning routines were noisy for a couple of hours. The little boy was also very noisy in the afternoon making a siesta out of the question. Somewhat spoilt a short relaxing break! The checkin procedure is totally hands-off with the (one set) of keys left in a key box and the code not provided until checkin time. Communication could be improved greatly. The biggest issue of all however, is the use of a third party website for the new(?) government registration. As lead booker I was informed 3 days before arrival that I needed to checkin online for all guests with copies of passports and all details, before checkin instructions would be issued. As a large group of friends all in different places this was a large and arduous task. I wasted an afternoon of my holiday with this admin. Gathering this sensitive personal information should be the responsibilty of the property owner and not contracted out.
