El confort del alojamiento y calidad precio de la habitación insuperable.

Hay que subir escaleras empinadas sin ascensor, y con maletas se hace complicado. Si vas con tu vehículo, el aparcamiento por la zona resulta muy complicado.

The hotel has a very central location, within easy walking distance to most of Chania’s attractions. The building itself is historic, which has charm, but it’s important to note that there is no elevator and the staircase is steep (two flights up). The highlight of our stay was the cleaning service—our room was spotless and refreshed daily, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. The reception/host experience was the worst I’ve ever had in my travels. Due to a miscommunication through Expedia (some hotel replies never appeared in my Expedia inbox, which I can prove), the car transfer we had requested did not happen. Despite me messaging the hotel the day before and the day of arrival, I never received the necessary info. We ended up taking a taxi instead. Upon arrival, the reception person (I believe her name was Eva, based on other reviews) stormed out of the hotel and began arguing with us on the street, demanding payment for the transfer we never received. She then continued to argue with us up two flights of stairs while delaying our check-in, despite me showing her the missing messages in my Expedia inbox. She repeatedly insisted it wasn’t her fault, that she wouldn’t “lose money,” and demanded we pay anyway. After a long flight, this aggressive and hostile treatment was beyond unacceptable—I was driven to tears. My husband eventually gave her money just so we could check into our room.

Die Unterkunft ist relativ einfach aber trotzdem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Standort ist zentral und praktisch, aber im Zimmer ist es nicht zu laut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Da die Unterkunft nahezu optimal ist, möchte man eigentlich sonst nichts sagen, aber der Wasserkocher sollte eine bessere Qualität haben.

Erg schoon en goede locatie. Kamer was compact maar met een heel goed bed plus douche. Wij hadden geen ramen en hadden een kamer op de eerste verdieping maar verbleven hier op doorreis en was prima.

Voor ons geen probleem maar je moet een steile trap op en er is geen lift. Ook niet naar de 2de verdieping.

Σουπερ βολικη και ωραια τοποθεσια, ανετα κρεβατια και μαξιλαρια, ωραιο περιβαλλον και διακοσμηση, αρκετα ευρυχωρο, αρκετες παροχες. Γενικα θα το προτεινα αν εξαιρεσεις το θεμα με τη διαρρυθμιση των χωρων, η οποια μπορει να κανει την διαμονη αβολη.

Το μεγαλυτερο προβλημα ηταν οτι ενω ειχε δευτερο wc, το μεγαλο μπανιο με το ντους βρισκοταν μεσα στο ενα απο τα δυο υπνοδωματια οποτε δεν υπηρχε ανεξαρτησια ως προς αυτο. Απο καθαριοτητα ηταν μια χαρα αλλα οχι τελειο... Επισης δεν εχει ασανσερ... πολυ σκαλι! Το νετφλιξ στην μια απο τις δυο τηλεορασεις δεν ηταν συνδεδεμενο, μονο αν εμπαινα με δικο μου λογαριασμο.

Good location, very near the center and main streets. Clean, modern and confortable rooms.

Parking is missing. The streets nearby are also pretty busy. It takes time to find a parking spot. Some of the days we parked 10 minutes away from the hotel.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο.

The hotel is very clean, you can feel the cleanliness from the entrance. The room was very nice and a good size, with a view of the square exactly at the port entrance. The bathroom was also nice and had all the facilities, including a free bottle of wine! The reception lady was exceptionally nice and also remembered my family's birthday!
