Siento que la comida no era tan buena. Nos quedamos varios y a más de uno con malestar estomacal grave. En el check in el personal no responde las preguntas que se les hace. Siento que me estaban embolatado.

This resort is not family friendly. It is a loud party resort catering to 2+ weddings per day. Loud dance music continues into the night every night. The noise prevents any kind of rest or sleep. We were told there would be no loud parties, but there was one very single night of our stay! The food was disgusting. Highly processed, pre-frozen junk food. We could not feed our toddler as there was just nothing suitable for her to eat here. Lunch and breakfast were inedible. There was broken glass in our room which took 3 days to tape up. Drinks are made with very cheap ingredients, no fresh juice and low grade liquors. The bars play loud (really bad) dance music from early morning all day. The management were rude and unhelpful. They actively lied to us on a few occasions. Most of the staff speak no English making communication very challenging. The kids pool has large buckets of water which tip overhead every 5 mins, This makes it unsuitable for under 4yr olds. Entertainment staff were pushy and aggressive. One swore at our 1yr old. At the pool we were approached 5+ times per day being sold various activities. not relaxing. No fresh air - strong smell of fried burgers around the pool all day. Beach is covered in huge piles of seaweed and has a pack of stray dogs which approach guests for food. Beach is not useable for small children or by any guests after dusk for that reason. The stray dogs howl from 5am which woke us up. The whole atmosphere here is trashy and unpleasant. Strongly would not recommend to families or couples seeking peace and relaxation.

Excelente instalaciones, el personal siempre dispuesto con buen actitud y presto a pases una estadía única, la playa y sus pisicinas excelentes, el tema de la alimentación muy buena. En líneas generales un hotel que combina tranquilidad con ratos de fiesta. Para toda la familia y parejas por igual.
