Villa Bonilla

The location was perfect, the size was perfect for our group of four, myself, my husband, my 17 year old son and my mum. Space for everyone to chill. Very modern decor, great for either staying in or close walk to fabulous restaurants and shops/supermarkets. Would highly recommend 👌

Our neighbouring villa came in and took the pool toys that were there when we arrived, which was a worry as I thought the area was a private space.

Die Lage des Hauses war sehr gut! Toll war auch der eigene Pool am Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Die Wohnung war deutlich abgenutzter als auf den Fotos zu sehen war.

The villa is spotless in a prime location to shops, restaurants, bars and beaches.

The location was brilliant, 10 minutes walk to the Balcón de Europa in one direction or 10 minutes to Burriana beach in the other. The property itself is fantastic in terms of the space and the layout and it had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. The pool was fantastic, the decking was lovely, it was a peaceful setting. There was lots of space in the house. One minor inconvenience was one slightly windy day pine needles fell in the pool and covered the decking. However, this was soon remedied by the pool maintenance staff (who was very friendly so couldn’t ask for anything more!)

There are a few bits that would’ve changed my 9/10 to 10/10. There was only one chair on the balcony no other furniture. The bathroom light in the master ensuite kept sticking so didn’t turn on properly. Toilet flush in the downstairs toilet stuck slightly so the water kept running if you weren't careful. The mattresses in the downstairs bedrooms were a bit hard to sleep on. The step from the downstairs bedroom to the ground floor blended really well being marble and was easily missed - a line of tape on the floor or a handrail would really help here. These are all very small things that are being very picky! Overall the accommodation was lovely.

Parking was very tight, only one three seater sofa when villa sleeps six people

Located 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town. Inside was immaculate. Pool and outside area very nice. A very cute cafe on the corner very close to the property where we ate out twice and had coffee every morning
