4박 5일 예약했고 방 상태가 최악이라 환불 요청함 이미 체크인을 한 상태라 전액 환불 불가라고 해서 1박 방 바꿔줌 근데 그 방도 청결도가 최악이라 다시 전액 환불 요청함 그럼 지금 당장 체크아웃 진행해야 된다고 함 (그래도 환불 확신 안 줌) 이 내용을 약 6시간 정도 주고받았고 첫날을 거의 날려버림 결국 1박 10프로 할인에 나머지 환불로 끝냄 이 결과를 담날 체크아웃 10분 전에 알려줬고 다른 숙소 예약을 위해 빠른 환불 절차가 필요했는데 일을 늦게 진행해 줌 (계속 확인만 한다고 하고 해결책 안 줌) 심지어 이런 문제가 보이면 호텔에서 해결책을 제시해야 되는데 전부 고객이 제시하였고 확실한 답변보단 검토해야 된다, 얘기 중이다, 재촉하지 마라, 시간 확답 못 준다, 기다려라 이런 답만 계속 받음 저렴한 가격도 아닌데 이런 서비스와 청결 상태면 다신 안 갈 것 같음 같이 이용했던 지인이 먼지 알러지가 있었는데 눈물, 콧물, 기침이 매우 심했고 이에 대해 얘기하자 사과도 하지 않고 검토 때문에 증거 사진 보내라고 함 그냥 더러운 곳에서 잠만 자도 되는 거 아니면 진짜 다른 곳 쓰는 거 추천 특히 아이들과 같이 가거나 가족이 함께 하는 여행이면 제발 가지 마세요
