The apartment is cool, in a good location. Neat and spacious. we were impressed and satisfied.

It was little bit crazy to find the box with keys, but we find.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with necessary things. You can reach by walking the places to visit. Restaurants , caffe, supermarket and pharmacies are nearby. Despite that, in the apartment you will find a book, which the owner has prepared with all the necessary things you need to know.

It was perfect, didn't find any situation to make my stay uncomfortable.

It was easy to collect the keys and the directions & maps provided were complete and easy to follow. Great communication with hosts prior to and during our stay and a complete book of restaurant recommendations and other important info in the guest book. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, showers were clean & great water pressure. Great value for the money. Highly recommended and I would stay again if I return to Verona.

Would have been better if more toiletries were provided - larger shampoo, soap, etc. And there was no hair conditioner. We also had to take out our own garbage when leaving. The key pickup spot is not the same as the apt location which can be very difficult with luggage as we needed to ask our taxi to make two stops

Great location with easy access to old town. Comfortable and clean with good air con. Hosts provided thoughtful touches such as coffee pods and tea bags and a great folder of recommendations for attractive and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to respond to queries. Reserved Car park space is available on request and is a short walk away across the river.

Would be good to have 1-2 more comfy chairs in sitting area so that 4 people can sit down! Sofa seats 2-3 people only.

Great location. Clean and spacious flat.

Key collection was a pain. We didn't have a car, so had to divert the taxi to pick up the keys from the office before then going to the flat. The keys were not in the lock box which meant that the taxi had to wait.

The flat was spacious, clean and adequately furnished. Very secure area and close to the main city centre. Nice walk in shower.
