- Gastgeber am Telefon sehr freundlich und lustig und super erreichbar - Schöne Lage, gleich neben den Elbewiesen - Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Klimaanlage vorhanden - Bad war schön sauber - bequeme Matratzen - gute Zimmergröße - günstig

- Die Küche war etwas dreckig (Kaffeemaschine hatte Kaffeereste, Kühlschrank mit Flecken, Bereich der Mülleimer fleckig und klebrig, Backofen hatte ein paar Krümel und Eingebrannt es, Kücheninnenschränke mit Gewürzen und Krümeln voll) und in Nischen und unter einem Schränkchen (lag neben Staub und Krümeln auch eine alte Kastanie drunter) - Das Haus von außen macht leider keinen einladenden Eindruck (nicht ganz verputzt, Kabel hängt aus der Wand raus) - Der Zugang zum Garten im Innenhof ist vollgestellt und etwas dreckig, Pflanzenkübel mit Zigarettenstümmeln. Der Zugang wird aber mit anderen geteilt, daher ist es ok und etwas verständlich.

Alles prima, sehr sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet

Es ist ein wenig hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn, aber sie sind nicht besonders laut.
