Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort

I recently stayed at this beautiful resort and I absolutely loved the property. Though reaching the resort was a bit of a challenge due to the winding hill roads, the moment I arrived, all the effort felt completely worth it. The peaceful surroundings, fresh mountain air made me forget all the chaos of daily life. It truly offers an experience that soothes your soul. The spa and swimming pool were excellent, food was great, staff is incredibly warm and friendly. Every person I interacted with went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Saurabh at the restaurant was attentive and always made sure everything was perfect. The person at the bar was super cool. A very special thanks to Sunny from Reservations - he was extremely polite and helpful, patiently handling all my requests with a smile. He truly spoiled us with his hospitality, and I haven’t experienced such warmth and professionalism anywhere else. Tarsem ji also helped plan our itinerary and gave us some amazing recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. I’m already looking forward to coming back with my family during the winter season.

Wishing to enjoy my holidays to the fullest with my family and kids, this 5 star property completely disappointed me and my family. Extremely uncooperative behaviour and abysmal service and lack of facilities made our experience extremely painful. Especially Mr. Vikraant's behaviour was intolerable and extremely uncooperative. This property does not live up to its name in any way. Simply reprehensible.

Picturesque location away from Dharamshala city. Attentive staff, delicious food and great hospitality. The indoor heated pool and Shanti Spa were the highlight of our stay. The Spa team including Dawa and her therapists were always smiling and gave great advice for treatments. However, more on site activities should be added for resident guests to enjoy such as a pool table. Overall, a great 5 star resort nestled in the lush forest of Dharamkot village.

This is the best property in Mcleodganj, trust me as I have stayed a lot in Mcleodganj. Special thanks to Deepak⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟, Vineet and Saurabh, from the restaurant, they were really prompt and there for the service to make us feel comfortable and heard. Thank you Hyatt!

The stay was very comfortable and the staff very very courteous and helpful..definitely recommend for someone planning a trip to dharamshala
