WiFi does not work in the rooms

Very well set up for diving and other beach activities. I booked a Discover Scuba activity there and had a great experience with a lovely instructor. The bunks were clean, cosy and comfortable. However, I found the staff a bit unwelcoming. Other guests weren't as social as I was expecting either. There was also a lot of noisy construction happening on the second floor, where the dorms are (as of late March 2025). For my fellow vegetarians/vegans - 'Shiba and Luma' around the corner was really good! There wasn't too much else in easy walking distance though.

Good location, nice vibe generally, very nice bathrooms and the beds have fully closeable curtains.

Extremely loud construction work starting 8am. We thought we could follow the island vibe and sleep in after multiple short nights in the cities of Taiwan and the extreme noise was a very unpleasant surprise. This is very disrespectful to the guests. Other than that, the lady who checked us in seemed rather unprofessional, couldn't find our booking, couldn't give change after paying and did not do a good job explaining the facilities. The Wifi is unstable to the point it's unusable. I think this place could be great but our personal experience was very disappointing and we left after one night.

Everything was perfect, staff is very friendly and speak English. Hostel is super clean and cozy. Looking forward to be back!

This is the perfect place to relax and spend the day reading or napping in one of the giant hammocks. There is lots of space and great facilities including a microwave, fridge, dish ware and utensils. They even offered me aloe gel for my sunburn. There are snacks and tea, a swing, friendly cat and really friendly people. The location is a short walk from the ferry terminal and close to Zhongao beach. The beds are comfortable with privacy curtains, a personal light and two power outlets. They also have a lockable safe that requires a deposit. Love this place and highly recommend it!

Not a place for sleeping in because everyone is awake and making tons of noise by 8 a.m. There’s not much sound insulation between the rooms and the lounges/lobby so it can get loud if ppl are chatting outside.

A bit far from the pier

This hostel is perfect for solo travellers and especially group of friends. The staff is very friendly and kind !! Beds are really comfy and I really like the intimacy you can have in your capsule bed. The room is perfect for your group of friends (we were 8). It's small but you do have a good time either inside the room or on this crazy nice net they have (I loved it)

The room can get super hot and you don't have lockers and space to put your luggage.
