Aza Cave Hotel Special Class Adults Only

We spent our last night here and truly wish we had stayed from the very beginning. The hotel boasts an excellent design, is eco-friendly, and is run by a highly professional and kind staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that if you’re hoping to watch hot air balloons from the hotel, this may not be the best spot. That said, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Very nice room, love having fireplace and deep tub. Would have reviewed higher except a few things: Most important is that we specifically wanted and booked for a sauna. Having access to a sauna in another hotel is not the same as having a sauna. It was a long walk in freezing temperatures outdoors to get to the next hotel. Free parking was available but crowded and uncertain of availability. Again not very convenient to unload luggage and rooms were spread out, lots of stairs and no real offer of valet or of carrying luggage. I am fortunate that my dear boyfriend was more than willing, but for couples wanting a very VIP experience, I felt the website could have been more clear about what was on site/available/offered. The room was generally cold. We appreciated that they came late to do the fireplace, but it didn't work and we had to wait til morning to start our own fire. We went though wood quickly and ended up paying 10 euro for more wood. You could easily spend 30 euro in a few days on wood keeping room warm. Room service is available if I recall, I think you can have breakfast in the room. My partner doesn't eat sushi so a little more variety of options on the sushi menu would be ideal as alternative. The pool was steamy, but was too cold to use. We got in for moments before leaving. Cool setting in the snow. Wished warm It was the staff kindness and attempts to make us comfortable as well as the beautifil room decor that made up for some disappointments.

Great trip we had a room upgrade from junior suite–extension building to suite-main building, which bring us a better view, an air conditioner system,a small patio and thus a more convenient acess to all the function area The breakfast is also very good, half buffet style, and all the main course can be ordered on menu

We had a great stay at the Aza Cave Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond to make sure we were booked on a hot air balloon after several days of cancellations (even driving us to the ATM for the deposit!). The room was comfortable and spacious, and one of the staff members even started the fire for us in the fireplace. The breakfast was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

Aza cave is one of the best luxurious 5 star hotel with all 5 star amenities with affordable price and given me a experience like home in goreme valley. My experience with this hotel is amazing and will never be forgotten. The staff Mr. Tuna, Mr. Alp, and Ms. Buse here is very informative and knowledgeable about the town, from welcoming to good bye they all have taken very good care of me and Ms. Buse the treat of bubble tea was so amazing thanks. Also TUNA helped me throughout my stay with right information and guided me about the town and what to explore and it was worth experiencing all the activities in town. Big thanks to aza cave staff and Tuna. I am glad I have chosen to stay in aza cave. Cappadocia is wonderful town with nice people.
